Join Courtenay Crucil and Ming Bo Lam for a 90 minute guided movement practice that will support you to come home to the 'soft animal of your body'.

This virtual workshop is:

Small-space friendly and open to all - no dance experience necessary;
Aimed at supporting participants to tap into their power, physical expression, and personal agency using a mix of imagery, prompts, and suggestions; and
Supportive of all levels of experience and ability. Movement will be gentle, with options and modifications provided.
